Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of employees across multiple collective bargaining agreements and payroll cycles
Ensure accuracy and efficiency of payroll and social administration processes
Prepare and review payslips
Calculate social contributions and manage social declarations through DSN (Déclaration Sociale Nominative)
Oversee administrative social management in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Manage the monthly DSN, event-driven declarations, and end-of-contract documents
Handle administrative procedures related to employee onboarding and offboarding
Requirements
Associate degree (Bac+2) in Payroll Management or Labor/Social Law
Minimum 3 years' proven experience in a similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Comfortable using ADP Décidium payroll software
Expert in preparing payslips
Knowledge of labor law and collective bargaining agreements
Experience in a multi-site and multi-agreement environment
Strong team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong attention to detail, deadline-driven and well organized
