Responsibilities

  • Ensure we get the right people in the right role at the right moment
  • Be the architect of our Talent Acquisition Team in Europe
  • Turn business goals into real workforce plans and future talent pipelines
  • Bring insights, market signals, and business intelligence to the table to influence decisions
  • Elevate our employer brand
  • Manage screening, interviews, assess qualifications and ensure candidates meet job requirements
  • Automate, streamline processes
  • Own key TA metrics
  • Partner closely with hiring managers
  • Mentor a small TA team

Requirements

  • 4–5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in fast-paced, multinational, matrixed organizations
  • End-to-end recruitment mastery, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting
  • A strong grasp of talent market trends, analytics, and digital hiring
  • Ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and communicate with clarity and empathy
  • Fluent in English (other European languages are a plus)
  • Skilled in modern sourcing tools and digital TA practices (LinkedIn Recruiter)
