Requirements
- 4–5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in fast-paced, multinational, matrixed organizations
- End-to-end recruitment mastery, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting
- A strong grasp of talent market trends, analytics, and digital hiring
- Ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and communicate with clarity and empathy
- Fluent in English (other European languages are a plus)
- Skilled in modern sourcing tools and digital TA practices (LinkedIn Recruiter)
