About the role

  • Relationship Manager managing corporate customer relationships and ensuring profitability at Luminor Group. Direct sales to small business segment clients while maintaining existing relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Perform direct sales to small business segment clients, servicing by providing actual bank products, identifying new client needs and offering bank solutions.
  • Ensure desired income and profitability level of assigned client portfolio and high level of client satisfaction.
  • Maintain relationship with existing clients, attract new clients.
  • Perform credit analysis, prepare documentation and present to decision makers.
  • Monitor credit portfolio quality and initiate timely actions in order to solve problematic cases.
  • Plan, deliver and follow-up personal tasks proactively, timely and according to the quality standards set, budget and Luminor values.
  • Contribute to team and company performance through collaboration and information sharing, through your personal energy, enthusiasm and commitment.
  • Take responsibility for professional self-development and contribute to own and team performance improvement by constructive feedback and relevant suggestions.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years effective sales and negotiation skills, including client prospecting and proactive sales or Relationship Manager experience in Corporate Banking.
  • Excellent knowledge of banking products, credit products and financial analysis.
  • Very good understanding of credit risk and Credit Policy.
  • Advanced sales, negotiation, and presentation skills, supported by strong analytical abilities and a continuous‑development mindset.
  • Flexibility, openness to change, and readiness to take ownership with strong target orientation.
  • Cooperation, effective communication, customer focus, creativity, and high integrity.

  • Fluency in English and Lithuanian is required in spoken and written communication.
