About the role

  • Sales Manager leading and developing high-performing teams for RS in the Philippine market. Driving strategic customer engagement and enhancing sales performance across territories.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high‑performing Field & Internal Sales team to exceed territory sales targets.
  • Drive growth across Corporate and Territory Accounts through strategic customer engagement.
  • Use customer and financial data to optimize territory planning and unlock new opportunities.
  • Build a highly engaged, motivated, and performance‑driven sales culture.
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver the full RS value proposition and outstanding customer experience.
  • Ensure accurate sales reporting, data management, and monthly KPI performance insights.
  • Manage budgets and implement sales strategies leveraging RS E‑solutions, Inventory Management, our own brand - RS Pro, and key brand partnerships.

Requirements

  • Experience in Account Management and proven track record in B2B Sales
  • Results driven which put emphasis on the importance of review process and execution.
  • People Management skills and experience of managing a remote team
  • Proven track record in building, retaining and motivating a high-performance team.
  • Financial and business awareness with good analytical skills.
  • Strong IT skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication, negotiating and influencing skills.
  • Ability to take ownership and set own goals and priorities.
