Responsibilities
Overseeing and expanding a portfolio of affluent clients
Delivering exceptional service tailored to complex risk profiles
Proactively managing client relationships
Ensuring insurance needs are met with accuracy and professionalism
Client servicing, risk advising, and policy retention
Cross-selling a full range of personal insurance products
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license required; CIC or CISR designation a plus
Minimum of 5 years of insurance industry experience, ideally within an independent agency environment
Demonstrated success managing a High-Net-Worth private client book of business
Strong knowledge of insurance coverage forms, carrier products, and basic underwriting guidelines
Proficient in utilizing carrier-specific systems and technology platforms to service accounts
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with an agency management system, preferably Applied Epic
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize, multitask, solve problems, and perform effectively under pressure
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail while maintaining security of confidential information
Ability to pass a criminal background check as permitted by law.
