Account Manager responsible for expanding and increasing revenue from a portfolio of high-potential clients. Key focus on building relationships and driving growth within the client base, while utilizing analytical insights.
Responsibilities
Proactively prospect commercial opportunities within assigned accounts, using existing contacts and new leads;
Develop strategic account plans, prioritizing accounts by growth potential and considering potential areas, initiatives, and expected outcomes;
Analyze and map opportunities within the account portfolio;
Create and execute strategies that cover the full sales cycle within the base, from mapping and prospecting to discovery, solution design, negotiation, and closing;
Manage account expansion, retention, and contract renewals;
Ensure revenue assurance with portfolio clients;
Serve as the primary commercial and strategic point of contact between Blip and its clients;
Build multi-threaded relationships and influence (managers, decision-makers, and C-level);
Act as a strategic business partner (trusted advisor);
Manage your work and provide visibility to the entire sales team using established tools (HubSpot);
Lead management of any client crises and resolve issues with creativity and a results focus;
Be proactive in suggesting and implementing improvements to internal processes;
Monitor account metrics and revenue forecasts;
Ensure pipeline accuracy and reliable forecasts;
Operate under aggressive growth targets and take accountability for results.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (completed);
Experience in B2B sales;
Experience in account management (Enterprise experience preferred);
Ability to analyze and manipulate data in Sheets/Excel;
Analytical mindset related to processes, with experience tracking metrics;
Confidence to communicate in English and/or Spanish;
Residence in São Paulo;
Availability to travel;
Broad business perspective.
