About the role

  • Account Manager responsible for expanding and increasing revenue from a portfolio of high-potential clients. Key focus on building relationships and driving growth within the client base, while utilizing analytical insights.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect commercial opportunities within assigned accounts, using existing contacts and new leads;
  • Develop strategic account plans, prioritizing accounts by growth potential and considering potential areas, initiatives, and expected outcomes;
  • Analyze and map opportunities within the account portfolio;
  • Create and execute strategies that cover the full sales cycle within the base, from mapping and prospecting to discovery, solution design, negotiation, and closing;
  • Manage account expansion, retention, and contract renewals;
  • Ensure revenue assurance with portfolio clients;
  • Serve as the primary commercial and strategic point of contact between Blip and its clients;
  • Build multi-threaded relationships and influence (managers, decision-makers, and C-level);
  • Act as a strategic business partner (trusted advisor);
  • Manage your work and provide visibility to the entire sales team using established tools (HubSpot);
  • Lead management of any client crises and resolve issues with creativity and a results focus;
  • Be proactive in suggesting and implementing improvements to internal processes;
  • Monitor account metrics and revenue forecasts;
  • Ensure pipeline accuracy and reliable forecasts;
  • Operate under aggressive growth targets and take accountability for results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed);
  • Experience in B2B sales;
  • Experience in account management (Enterprise experience preferred);
  • Ability to analyze and manipulate data in Sheets/Excel;
  • Analytical mindset related to processes, with experience tracking metrics;
  • Confidence to communicate in English and/or Spanish;
  • Residence in São Paulo;
  • Availability to travel;
  • Broad business perspective.
