About the role

  • Sales Manager focusing on innovative financing solutions for SMEs in the B2B sector. Develop customer relationships and manage business growth with a focus on customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain customer relationships in the B2B sector with a focus on SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises)
  • Develop innovative financing solutions tailored to customers' needs
  • Independently conduct negotiations and make decisions within your authority and KPIs
  • Responsible for revenue and customer development in your territory
  • Actively implement modern sales concepts

Requirements

  • A degree in business administration/economics or a commercial apprenticeship with relevant professional experience in the banking/finance sector
  • Enthusiasm for sales and customer management in the B2B sector; ideally with experience in leasing
  • Strong negotiation skills, self-initiative, and a pronounced service orientation
  • Strong communication skills in German
  • Team player with the ability to build long-term customer relationships
