Responsibilities
You will work directly with the CEO on GreenPocket’s strategic direction.
With your broad interests, you will identify market-relevant key elements over several months to win new direct customers from specific segments (e.g., retail, municipalities, and the housing sector).
From your findings you will derive concrete action items and actively engage in initial conversations with prospective customers.
You welcome the challenge of regularly dealing with new or changed regulatory requirements (including the Energy Efficiency Ordinance) and assessing their impact on the company.
In addition: you are passionate about entrepreneurship and eager to explore growth opportunities in new markets.
Market and competitor analyses are right up your alley.
You enjoy working on market entry concepts, business models for corporate customers and innovations, creating Ideal Customer Profiles, and taking creative approaches when appropriate.
You independently lead your market-relevant strategic projects, yet know exactly when to involve internal stakeholders such as Sales, Product Management, Development and Controlling, and you also coordinate with external service providers.
You demonstrate your creative skills in developing marketing campaigns and customer acquisition strategies.
You discuss all your results directly with the CEO.
Requirements
You have completed a degree in business administration, economics, or a program with a management focus, or you hold another comparable qualification that convinces us.
You are an analytical thinker who understands connections and can analyze them quickly.
Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in business development at a software company, preferably in a startup or consulting environment.
It is desirable that you are interested in topics related to energy efficiency and AI or already have experience in this field.
With your excellent PowerPoint skills you captivate others with your presentations, and you also feel very confident in Excel.
With your strong German and English skills you are comfortable in any conversation with prospective customers.
