About the role

  • Business Development Manager focusing on real estate and land transactions in Portugal. Managing personal origination pipeline and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a personal origination pipeline end-to-end (lead → qualification → proposal → negotiation → closing)
  • Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients using a consultative sales approach
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets related to pipeline development and deal closings
  • Monitor pipeline health through KPIs, funnel activity, and forecasting
  • Contribute to improvements in CRM usage, lead generation, and origination processes
  • Support strategic initiatives and market development activities in Portugal

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in sales or business development
  • Proven experience negotiating and closing end-to-end transactions
  • Strong commercial acumen and a structured approach to pipeline management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
