About the role

  • Business Development Manager engaging in real estate transactions and managing a sales pipeline for Portuguese-speaking clients. Based in Spain with hybrid work options.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a personal origination pipeline end-to-end (lead → qualification → proposal → negotiation → closing)
  • Act as the first point of contact for Portuguese-speaking prospects using a consultative sales approach
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets related to pipeline development and deal closings
  • Monitor pipeline health through KPIs, funnel activity, and forecasting
  • Contribute to improvements in CRM usage, lead generation, and origination processes
  • Support strategic initiatives and market development activities in Spain

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in sales or business development
  • Proven experience negotiating and closing transactions end-to-end
  • Strong business acumen and a structured approach to pipeline management
  • Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken)
