About the role

  • Business Development Representative responsible for generating leads and expanding RPAG’s network. Involves engaging with prospective clients and supporting the sales efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads and expand RPAG’s advisor and partner network.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients.
  • Support the sales team by identifying, qualifying, and scheduling new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree and 1 to 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client engagement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the retirement or financial services industry is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity.
