About the role

  • People & Talent Manager leading HR operations and recruitment at Gravitee, streamlining processes and enhancing employee experience. Drive the company's mission to govern AI security while ensuring exceptional talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Own People Operations with a strong sense of accountability and professionalism
  • Apply a continuous-improvement mindset to People Operations - using data, tooling, and emerging technologies to simplify workflows
  • Explore and apply AI-enabled tools and automation thoughtfully across HR processes
  • Handle complex or sensitive situations with calm judgment, fairness, and clarity
  • Maintain People policies, records, and processes that are audit-ready, scalable
  • Proactively identify risks, inefficiencies, or gaps in People practices and take ownership of improving them
  • Lead and deliver hiring with energy, pace, and high standards
  • Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
  • Partner closely with leaders, challenging thinking where needed
  • Act as a visible, trusted People partner for US-based employees
  • Contribute pragmatically to engagement, wellbeing, and manager-enablement initiatives

Requirements

  • Strong, hands-on experience with US employment law (federal, state, and local)
  • Proven ability to drive measurable performance improvements across multiple functions.
  • Experience working in high-growth environments (tech/SaaS preferred)
  • Curiosity about modern, innovative approaches to People Operations and Talent, including the practical use of AI and automation to improve workflows
  • Confidence using data, tools, and systems to improve hiring quality and People processes
  • Proven experience delivering hands-on recruitment, including outbound hiring
  • Sound judgment and professionalism in employee relations and sensitive situations
  • Strong written communication skills and comfort creating clear, scalable documentation.
  • A pragmatic, calm, and collaborative working style with a strong sense of ownership
