About the role

  • Online Marketing Trainee planning and optimizing marketing campaigns in various platforms. Collaborating in a small, international team and working with diverse clients in the marketing sector.

Responsibilities

  • Planning, implementing and optimizing Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta and LinkedIn campaigns based on your ongoing analyses (SEA, SMA)
  • Planning and implementing social media posts on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn (SMM)
  • Analysis and optimization of websites for search engines (SEO)
  • Web analysis using Google Analytics
  • Creating client presentations, reports and proposals

Requirements

  • Some experience in search engine marketing (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads), social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and search engine optimization is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is a plus
  • Google Ads certification is a plus
  • Enthusiasm for online marketing and social media
  • Proficient with common MS Office products (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Strong language and writing skills (in German and English)
  • Very good knowledge of German
  • Curious, eager to learn and committed
  • Proactive, self-driven and structured working style with strong analytical skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset
