About the role

  • Digital Marketing Specialist managing diverse digital marketing campaigns at GenesisCare. Collaborating on website, CRM, and email marketing initiatives for better patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update websites using Adobe Experience Manager, including content builds, landing pages and digital assets.
  • Provide general digital support and updates across key platforms (Adobe AEM, Dot Digital, Salesforce, Google platforms)
  • Apply SEO and accessibility best practice.
  • Lead multi‑channel campaigns across web, email, social, paid media and more
  • Lead campaign management including briefings, asset coordination, approvals, launches and reporting
  • Monitor paid media and support optimisation activity across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other channels.
  • Support with email and SMS campaigns including segmentation, tagging and data hygiene in Salesforce.
  • Assist with digital reporting and insights, highlighting trends and opportunities.

Requirements

  • 4+ years’ experience in a digital marketing or marketing coordination role.
  • Hands-on digital campaign experience across website, CRM and paid media.
  • Strong CMS capability— Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, Sitecore or similar.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Exposure to Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn advertising.
  • Confident communicator with excellent organisation and time‑management skills.
  • Comfortable working within structured processes, governance and approvals.
  • Experience in healthcare or a regulated environment is an advantage, but not essential.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively within cross‑functional teams.
