Responsibilities
We are looking for you to join our great German Marketing Team.
You are responsible for positioning, messaging, and for the development of go-to-market strategies.
You know our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and Buyer Personas and translate complex features into clear value propositions.
With plenty of creative freedom, you shape our market perception and build bridges between the product, market, and revenue teams.
Through storytelling, sales enablement materials, and data-driven go-to-market measures, you strengthen adoption, demand, and growth.
Planning events and other fantastic venues in Germany and Europe together with our colleagues in our Vietnam Marketing Team and our HR-Department will be a big task for you.
Conception, support and implementation of digital marketing campaigns for lead generation via social networks (XING, LinkedIn, Facebook and other social networks).
Create market, customer and competitor analysis/research on various industries to increase awareness of the company and brand, increase traffic to the company's website and increase conversion rate into leads.
Use of various tools (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook).
Support and further development of our websites, portals and social media accounts.
Further development of varied SEO activities (keyword, image optimization).
Creation and coordination of direct marketing campaigns (mailings, newsletters, etc.).
Drafting and reviewing creative content, such as emails, social media posts, website content, success stories, etc. for different communication channels.
Close cooperation with web designers and developers to improve UX.
Tracking of our online performance and derivation of measures by web analytics tools (Google Analytics, webTrends etc.).
Stay up to date on new digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, and new technologies, and share your insights with the team.
Support of sales and account managers and other marketing activities as required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Min. 4 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or email/SMS marketing in e-commerce or DTC.
Hands-on experience with ESP/SMS platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Attentive).
Demonstrated ability to extract data-driven creative insights and translate them into design and messaging optimizations that directly improve retention outcomes.
Ability to thrive in both strategic and tactical execution.
Strong analytical skills, with comfort using data to inform decisions and feedback.
Experience evaluating and managing CRM technology platforms; interest in leveraging AI-driven solutions for personalization and efficiency.
Excellent communication skills for cross-functional and creative collaboration.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with platforms like Global-e for cross-border commerce is a plus.
Several years of professional experience in Germany (at least three years) and preferably Vietnam or Asia.
Travel to marketing events within Germany and Europe.
