Responsibilities
Define and evolve the digital marketing content strategy for Business Banking.
Align content priorities to customer intent, marketing objectives, and the business owner lifecycle.
Set Editorial Direction: Establish editorial frameworks, content themes, and messaging priorities.
Shape content structures and information architecture that improve discoverability through clear hierarchies, cross-linking, and SEO-informed strategy.
Translate business owner questions, behaviors, and needs into clear content themes and message frameworks.
Partner with Marketing to align content strategy with digital campaigns, channels, and lifecycle programs.
Optimize content performance by reviewing analytics and refining messaging, structure, and topic focus.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, Finance, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in digital content strategy, content marketing, UX content, or related discipline.
Experience in financial services, banking, fintech, or other regulated industries.
Familiarity with Business Banking products such as lending, treasury management, payments, or cash flow solutions.
Experience working with Compliance, Legal, or Risk partners.
Experience supporting digital marketing programs, campaigns, or lifecycle journeys through content strategy.
Strong digital marketing content strategy mindset.
Ability to design content systems, not just individual assets.
Comfort working with complex or regulated subject matter under tight timelines.
Clear, structured communication and messaging judgment.
Strong copy writing skills.
Financial curiosity and ability to learn banking concepts.
Collaborative approach across marketing, product, UX, and analytics.
Ability to influence content outcomes without owning execution.
