Internal Sales Representative with a focus on technical sales for Gram Group's DACH region. Provide customer support and collaborate with technical teams in a hybrid role located in Spain.
Responsibilities
Customer consultation: Provide clear and knowledgeable guidance to customers on the best weighing solutions for their needs.
Sales support: Prepare and follow up on quotations, and actively convert inquiries into orders.
Order processing: Enter customer orders into our systems and ensure excellent after-sales support via phone and email.
Product knowledge: Learn and continuously deepen your understanding of our products to deliver added value to customers.
Team collaboration: Work closely with the sales and technical teams to stay aligned on strategy, product developments, and customer feedback.
Requirements
Experience with technical or technological products is essential.
Must be comfortable understanding and explaining complex products to customers.
Experience in e-commerce or online customer interactions is a strong plus, but not mandatory.
Native-level German is required.
Either English or Spanish proficiency is beneficial, especially for communication with colleagues.
Strong organizational skills and a self-starter attitude.
Excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in helping customers.
Solid understanding of digital tools (e.g. CRMs, e-commerce platforms, email support systems).
