About the role

  • Customer consultation: Provide clear and knowledgeable guidance to customers on the best weighing solutions for their needs.
  • Sales support: Prepare and follow up on quotations, and actively convert inquiries into orders.
  • Order processing: Enter customer orders into our systems and ensure excellent after-sales support via phone and email.
  • Product knowledge: Learn and continuously deepen your understanding of our products to deliver added value to customers.
  • Team collaboration: Work closely with the sales and technical teams to stay aligned on strategy, product developments, and customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Experience with technical or technological products is essential.
  • Must be comfortable understanding and explaining complex products to customers.
  • Experience in e-commerce or online customer interactions is a strong plus, but not mandatory.
  • Native-level German is required.
  • Either English or Spanish proficiency is beneficial, especially for communication with colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills and a self-starter attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in helping customers.
  • Solid understanding of digital tools (e.g. CRMs, e-commerce platforms, email support systems).
