About the role

  • Account Executive responsible for net new client acquisition at NewtonX, specializing in B2B market research insights. Engaging with C-level executives to drive business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for achieving sales quota and defined performance indicators.
  • Research and gather information on contacts and organizations within your assigned territory to create value-based outbound messaging.
  • Execute outbound prospecting sequences via email, cold-calling, and social outreach to generate leads.
  • Oversee and manage partnerships with assigned Lead Generators on prospecting strategy and execution.
  • Qualify and convert inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and referrals into sales opportunities.
  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and schedule discovery calls or product demonstrations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact (both inbound and outbound) through closing.
  • Contribute to NewtonX’s social media presence.
  • Deliver accurate forecasting and account planning on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
  • Record activity and maintain up-to-date prospect and client records in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of consultative, B2B sales experience, preferably within market research, consulting, or research and advisory services.
  • Experience selling to the C-suite.
  • Proven track record in a new business sales role of quota over achievement.
  • Strong executive presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A rigorous sales process, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Natural curiosity and a desire to learn and be coached.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
