About the role

  • Account Executive in Diagnostic Solutions responsible for sales growth across multiple stakeholders in Alabama hospitals and labs. Manage account activities while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

  • selling profitable growth and total account management activities for all defined products within the DS Product Portfolio in hospitals and clinical labs within the assigned territory.
  • developing and implementing strategic sales plans to drive growth for our product portfolio across multiple stakeholders and buyers.
  • effectively communicate the clinical and economic value of our offerings, coordinate the customer buying process, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, biological areas, business, or a related field is required
  • A degree in Medical Technology (MT ASCP) or Microbiology is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of documented top 20% sales success in a broad range of laboratory products, with at least 1 year of clinical laboratory and/or hospital sales experience is required.
  • A combination of clinical market sales, financial, or technical selling experience is required.
