Responsibilities
Design and implement a regional **marketing strategy** tailored to Region DACH with a focus on Germany, leveraging global initiatives while adapting campaigns to local business goals and audience needs
Identify and execute the **best routes to market**, owning the regional marketing roadmap in collaboration with local leadership and the central Marketing team
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the region’s **ideal customer profiles (ICPs), personas, and buyer’s journey**, ensuring demand generation strategies meet their needs
Utilize diverse **digital marketing channels** (content, events, influencer and partner marketing, email, social media, and paid advertising) to drive demand and engagement in the region
Implement **nurturing processes** to boost lead-to-opportunity conversions, increasing the effectiveness of the sales pipeline
Maintain consistent **messaging and brand alignment** across all demand generation activities to reinforce brand recognition and trust in the region
Monitor, analyze, and report on the **performance of campaigns** in Region DACH using analytics tools; identify areas for improvement and execute optimizations for better results
Work closely with **sales and customer success teams** to develop initiatives that support the entire customer journey, from acquisition to retention
Requirements
5+ years of relevant work experience, including a minimum of 3+ years in **B2B marketing**
Strong analytical skills and experience in **data-driven marketing strategies**
Hands-on experience with **digital marketing tools and channels**
Ability to collaborate effectively across **central and regional teams**
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
