About the role

  • Business Specialist (Export) managing customer inquiries and accounts at Good Energy. Provide expert support to independent generators ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all incoming calls and emails related to customer inquiries
  • Manage billing, metering, and settlement workloads
  • Achieve KPIs and maintain exceptional service levels
  • Provide high-touch support to independent generators
  • Build strong internal and third-party relationships
  • Deliver results and solve customer problems

Requirements

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical and inquisitive with problem-solving skills
  • Quick learner who enjoys sharing knowledge
