Responsibilities
Act as the HR focal point for managers and employees.
Support leaders in decisions regarding internal movements, succession, development, and performance.
Lead people-management rituals, such as feedback sessions, Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and performance evaluations.
Map training and development needs across departments.
Support the execution of training, upskilling and onboarding initiatives.
Monitor development programs and employee growth.
Support compensation processes, salary adjustments and recognition programs.
Monitor organizational climate and employee engagement.
Propose initiatives to strengthen organizational culture.
Track HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism and engagement.
Analyze data and help generate insights for leadership.
Requirements
Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
Previous experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) or across different HR subsystems.
Strong interpersonal skills and a consultative approach.
Analytical mindset, sense of ownership and results-oriented.
Ability to influence and support managers in people-related decisions.
