About the role

  • HR Analyst acting as a focal point for managers and employees. Supporting leaders in internal movements, training, and performance management.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the HR focal point for managers and employees.
  • Support leaders in decisions regarding internal movements, succession, development, and performance.
  • Lead people-management rituals, such as feedback sessions, Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and performance evaluations.
  • Map training and development needs across departments.
  • Support the execution of training, upskilling and onboarding initiatives.
  • Monitor development programs and employee growth.
  • Support compensation processes, salary adjustments and recognition programs.
  • Monitor organizational climate and employee engagement.
  • Propose initiatives to strengthen organizational culture.
  • Track HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism and engagement.
  • Analyze data and help generate insights for leadership.

Requirements

  • Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Previous experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) or across different HR subsystems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a consultative approach.
  • Analytical mindset, sense of ownership and results-oriented.
  • Ability to influence and support managers in people-related decisions.
