About the role

  • HR Delivery Specialist providing administrative support across various HR functions in a global technology company. Requires fluency in Hungarian and English, with strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

  • Providing general administrative support to the HR function across various process areas, such as Data Management, Onboarding, Talent Management, and Travel Management delivered through remote channels (e-mail or ticketing system or CC4Teams)
  • Managing data entries and maintenance within HR systems
  • Preparing and maintaining comprehensive process documentation
  • Participating in transition and implementation projects
  • Supporting processes and providing training for colleagues
  • Acting as a point of contact for complex or escalated cases
  • Taking ownership of process improvement initiatives
  • Performing other ad hoc HR administration tasks and following supervisor's instructions

Requirements

  • Completed studies or comparable qualifications in Human Resources area or related field, with corresponding practical experience
  • Few years of professional experience in administration work, preferably in HR or Shared Service Center environment - experience in transition projects is considered an asset
  • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Knowledge and experience in usage of ERP systems such as SAP or ServiceNow, or willingness to become familiar with new tools
  • Fluency in both Hungarian and English, with a minimum of B2 level proficiency
  • Strong organizational skills, including communication, stakeholder management, and customer orientation
  • Openness for change and dynamic working environment
  • Capability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a solution-oriented approach
  • Focused on high quality and continuous improvement
