About the role

  • HR Manager managing HR processes including Talent Acquisition and Employee Communication at Givaudan's Changzhou site. Partnering with leadership to enhance employee experiences and develop HR strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the leadership teams to manage all key HR processes and topics such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Succession Plan, and Employee Communication etc
  • Ensure a trusted working relationship with the mid-level leaders in your area of the business
  • Identify trends and issues that require solution and involve appropriate resources
  • Contribute to defining clear roles and responsibilities and streamlined internal HR processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant field
  • 8+ years' relevant experience as a HR Manager or Business Partner, solid experience to support operation team
  • Proficiency in analytical skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Good skill in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet
  • Customer focus
  • Able to work with multicultural team with high level of confidence
  • Fast learning capability and proactive
  • High business ethics and high quality of working standards
  • Team player with high level of professionalism
