Responsibilities
Partner with the leadership teams to manage all key HR processes and topics such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Succession Plan, and Employee Communication etc
Ensure a trusted working relationship with the mid-level leaders in your area of the business
Identify trends and issues that require solution and involve appropriate resources
Contribute to defining clear roles and responsibilities and streamlined internal HR processes
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant field
8+ years' relevant experience as a HR Manager or Business Partner, solid experience to support operation team
Proficiency in analytical skills
Fluent in English
Good skill in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet
