About the role

  • Digital Sales Coordinator at Givaudan coordinating B2B social and digital initiatives. Focus on creating revenue through customer engagement and support team projects.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate B2B social and digital commercial initiatives, to create revenue by meeting the needs of digital customers with Givaudan products and services.
  • Support team projects to create value and revenue through: Administrate the operations of the B2B E- commerce store on 1688.com and the E-service portal (WeChat mini-program).
  • Responsibilities include maintaining and expanding the fragrance portfolio, consolidating content and data for online storytelling, conducting norm checks, coordinating pricing and quotations, handling documentation and sampling, processing internal orders, monitoring stock levels, and compiling sales reports.
  • Manage the leads management process across social media, E-commerce platforms, and digital partners, facilitating communication with internal online and offline sales teams and external ecosystem partners.
  • Handle customer inquiries and engage with clients to provide a high-quality customer experience. As a backup for the online sales team, assist with fragrance submissions to meet the needs of digital customers.
  • Coordinate the execution of online and offline promotional events, including the reposting of social media content, in collaboration with team members and our agency.
  • Support the digital team in maintaining efficient daily operations by assisting with administrative workflows, including contracts and vendor payments, as well as managing the logistics of related materials.
  • Demonstrate adapting to new working methods and ad-hoc projects while collaborating with a diverse range of team members.

Requirements

  • University Degree or equivalent
  • Above one years' experience in commercial related role or administration.
  • Experience in Fragrance industry/B2B/chemistry/design business is preferred.
  • Fluency in Chinese.
  • Proficiency in English particularly written.
  • Proven ability of working with customers, multiple teams and partners, with service sense and good interpersonal skills.
  • Self-organized.
  • Good attention to details.
  • Ability to continuously learn, proactive thinker and doer, be open-minded to new ways of working.
  • Passion for the Fragrance Industry
  • Good awareness of China digital ecosystem.
  • An early adopter of new digital tools is preferred.
  • Be comfortable to work on customer and product databases with excel, and on basic reports with ppt.
