About the role

  • Analista Administrativo assisting in sales planning with Volkswagen Group Services in Brazil. Focusing on strategy development and cross-functional collaboration for new model launches.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and coordinate launch strategies for new models and model years, working together with all internal areas involved.
  • Prepare executive presentations to obtain approval for strategies from company Board members.
  • Propose solutions and lead cross-functional teams on launch projects, ensuring milestones, deadlines and deliverables are met in accordance with the Product Development Process (PEP).
  • Conduct working meetings focused on operational and strategic management of deliverables, ensuring proper implementation of activities and achievement of defined KPIs.
  • Ensure the correct availability of vehicle versions and quantities for launch functional vehicles for the Sales, Marketing and other involved teams.
  • Develop and distribute official launch plans in the Marketing Administration System (SAM).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or related fields
  • Intermediate to advanced English
  • Familiarity with innovation methodologies and approaches is desirable
  • Proficiency with Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
  • Results-oriented, analytical mindset with a focus on solutions
