Business Planning Manager shaping Givaudan's T&W strategy and execution within Japan. Collaborating closely with the Commercial Head to drive growth in flavors and wellbeing solutions.
Responsibilities
Define business strategy for Japan , the main goals and the actions needed to deliver them
Identify needs and business development growth opportunities for the T&W Japan business in collaboration and alignment with the Commercial Head, R&D and Marketing
Develop & maintain knowledge of competitor activity , regulatory environment and changing consumer trends for Givaudan’s total solution portfolio, communicates and recommends initiatives to differentiate ourselves from competition
Work with key stakeholders from other commercial and technical teams in a matrix style to support key accounts
Identify the gaps and opportunities for customers and consumers in the region and feedback to Commercial Head, R&D, and Marketing.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in any field of study
5 years of demonstrated track record in business planning, business development and strategy development
Competent knowledge of the industry including technical aspects
Strong presentation skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills – ability to convey information in an engaging way and good at building relationships
