Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the front desk
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and smooth check-in/check-out processes
  • Manage a team of front desk agents and resolve guest concerns
  • Optimize operational performance and maintain hotel standards
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally
  • Collaborate with hotel departments for a seamless guest experience
  • Manage room inventory and billing processes
  • Ensure proper usage of Property Management System (PMS)
  • Continuously train front desk staff

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a front desk or guest services role
  • At least 1-2 years in a supervisory or management position in a hotel or hospitality environment
  • Experience with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and reservation systems is preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other hotel management software
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
