About the role

  • Customer Business Manager leading sales activities for Chobani customers in assigned geographical areas. Driving execution of all sales objectives while building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure delivery of business objectives through distribution, volume, share, promotion execution, new items, and spending objectives
  • Identify and define specific strategic business objectives to improve sales, share growth and enhanced profitability for the Chobani portfolio
  • Lead the execution and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives
  • Deliver profitable territory sales growth and monitor customer performance
  • Develop Chobani brand portfolios in line with distribution, pricing, merchandising, and shelving objectives
  • Facilitate communications and meetings with customers and brokers to ensure high quality customer service
  • Use customer sales data and category management studies to provide fact-based analysis and deliver business building initiatives
  • Complete other tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years sales experience in the CPG industry
  • Comfortable working with syndicated data
  • Experience using data in sales presentations
  • Strong leadership qualities with cross-functional team
  • Highly customer focused
  • Building and maintaining strong business relationships
  • Highly organized
  • Ability to balance multiple projects at once
  • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel
