About the role

  • Lead Talent Acquisition across Asia for GHD, focusing on senior and complex recruitment while ensuring consistent governance across diverse markets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead TA across Asia in support of regional growth priorities
  • Lead and deliver senior, complex, and niche recruitment across the Asia region
  • Own market-specific TA strategies across diverse labour markets and regulatory environments
  • Set consistent TA governance, standards, and decision quality across multiple countries
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Asia TA team, building capability, consistency, and confidence across markets
  • Strengthen TA capability through role clarity, coaching, and continuous improvement rather than team size growth
  • Design and execute market-specific talent strategies aligned with local labour markets, regulations, and business priorities
  • Lead senior, complex, and niche hiring across the Asia region, partnering closely with senior business leaders
  • Optimize policies and processes to ensure consistent governance, compliance, scalability, and an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience
  • Advise senior leaders and partner across functions and regions to deliver integrated, long-term talent solutions
  • Anticipate business needs and design solutions that navigate complexity and unlock opportunities
  • Contribute to strategic planning by aligning TA priorities with organizational objectives and future workforce needs
  • Enable hiring managers through training on interviewing, candidate assessment, inclusive hiring, and data-driven decision-making
  • Use data-driven insights to inform strategy, measure outcomes, and continuously improve TA performance
  • Promote inclusive recruitment and support programs that advance diversity, equity, and inclusion across Asia

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Experience leading teams through transformational change in TA across country and/or regional contexts
  • Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders in complex, matrixed environments
  • Strong TA systems expertise (Oracle Cloud Recruiter is an advantage) and advanced LinkedIn Recruiter capability
  • Demonstrated strategic sourcing and non-traditional pipeline development experience
