About the role

  • Central Career- & Alumni Service Manager at Macromedia supporting students with career orientation. Organizing events and maintaining employer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Provide information, advice and support to students and participants on career orientation
  • Support the organization and delivery of nationwide Career Service events
  • Establish, expand and maintain nationwide employer contacts and partnerships
  • Organize company visits and specialist lectures
  • Identify and engage alumni for PR and marketing purposes
  • Organize and run alumni events
  • Plan, organize and follow up on events and training offerings for participants

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and a team-oriented attitude
  • A university degree is an advantage but not required
  • Proficient user of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Self-motivated with a thorough, conscientious and systematic working style
  • Business-fluent English, both spoken and written
  • High resilience and ability to work under pressure
