Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in the strategic direction for growth in the organization.
  • Develop the sector with innovative approaches in building new business channels, maximizing existing channels, and launching new products and services to meet the needs of the sector.

Requirements

  • Proven success leading a team in B2B sales, ideally in financial services, insurance, or a related industry.
  • Experience in business development, sales, or marketing (bonus points for bereavement sector knowledge)
  • A hunter mentality with a strategic mindset, coupled with a passion for data, trends, and creative problem-solving.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ready to make things happen
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally and by air
