About the role

  • Business Development Representative generating and qualifying leads in healthcare technology and home-based care organizations. Identifying opportunities and progressing prospects into the sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns
  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing
  • Identify ICP fit, initial pain points, and stakeholders
  • Schedule qualified meetings for AEs
  • Maintain high activity levels and CRM hygiene
  • All other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years in sales, business development, or similar role
  • Comfortable with high activity and metrics-driven environment
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Experience selling into home-based healthcare, the broader healthcare industry, or health technology organizations is strongly preferred
  • Strong communication skills
