About the role

  • Sales Consultant advising customers on optimal insurance coverage at Getsafe. No cold calling; provide personalized advice tailored to customer's identified needs.

Responsibilities

  • As a Sales Consultant at Getsafe, you are the point of contact for our customers, advising them on the optimal insurance coverage.
  • Every customer interaction becomes a special experience because of you: You are a knowledgeable and experienced advisor, building trust with our customers through innovative digital guidance.
  • People are at the center of your approach – through personalized advice, you ensure that our customers are optimally covered according to their life stage.
  • No cold calling – every discussion builds on an initial touchpoint from our Customer Success team, allowing you to provide personalized advice tailored to the customer’s identified needs.
  • You contribute your own ideas to the strategic development of the team and help shape the future of digital, needs-based advice with us.

Requirements

  • You have completed an apprenticeship in insurance and finance or hold a degree in insurance, finance, or banking (licensing required according to §34d GewO).
  • You enjoy working with innovative digital sales structures and want to help us rethink insurance consulting.
  • You have knowledge and experience in providing comprehensive advice on insurance products, ideally in life and health insurance.
  • You are a strong communicator and enjoy every conversation where you can excite our customers about our insurance offerings.
  • You are fluent in German and English.
