Responsibilities
Proactive lead generation: You apply our ICP and proactively reach out to prospective customers across multiple channels (LinkedIn, email, calls, events, etc.).
Intelligent qualification: You perform structured lead qualification based on clearly defined ICP criteria.
Communication: You craft compelling, personalized messages and aren’t afraid to experiment with new communication approaches.
Process design & optimization: You actively shape our top-funnel/outreach sales development process and contribute your own ideas.
Team collaboration: You work closely with the sales and marketing teams.
Data-driven approach: You track your KPIs, analyze your results, and identify opportunities for optimization.
Requirements
1–2 years of B2B SaaS outbound experience (ideally in a startup or scale-up).
Experience with outreach tools (e.g., Amplemarket, Surfe, HubSpot).
Strong cold-calling skills.
Structured & creative: You work methodically and are comfortable using CRM systems.
Initiative & drive: You take ownership, are results-oriented, and have the motivation to meet challenging targets.
Adaptability & willingness to learn: You thrive in a dynamic startup environment and are eager to continuously learn.
Strong communication: You are articulate, confident, and able to explain complex topics clearly and persuasively in German and proficient English.
