About the role

  • Social Seller role focused on building relationships and generating Leads for a digital business. Engaging prospects primarily via social media to drive sales and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and connect with leads via social networks (primarily Instagram and LinkedIn)
  • Conduct strategic conversations via DM, WhatsApp, or other digital channels
  • Qualify leads based on profile, pain points, timing, and potential
  • Schedule meetings for the sales team/consultants
  • Log and track information in the CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to optimize approaches and conversions

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport and establish connections easily
  • Commercial mindset, proactive and organized
  • Genuine interest in sales, marketing, and digital business
  • Previous experience as an SDR, Social Seller, or in consultative sales is a plus
  • Comfortable working with targets and KPIs
