Responsibilities
- Responsible for group-wide strategic procurement of categories such as IT, HR services, consulting, facility management, and similar
- Planning and execution of complex procurement projects with a focus on independently preparing, developing and conducting complex tenders, including price and contract negotiations
- Advising the various country platforms and stakeholders on demand-optimized sourcing and negotiation strategies
- Designing, building and optimizing category and supplier management
- Identifying cost-saving potentials and contract optimizations
- Internal and external communication with international business units
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree with a focus on Business Informatics (Business Information Systems) or a similar field, or further qualification as a business administrator / certified specialist (Betriebs- or Fachwirt)
- Several years of experience in indirect procurement (e.g., IT, HR services, consulting, facility management)
- Very good knowledge of procurement processes, ideally also in international markets
- Solid basic legal knowledge regarding framework agreements, works contracts and service contracts
- Knowledge of SAP-MM, MS Office and automated P2P systems is an advantage
- Negotiation-level language skills in English AND either German or Italian are required
