Project Procurement Manager responsible for procurement programs and supply chain strategies at Westinghouse. Leading cross-functional teams to ensure execution readiness and compliance for energy solutions.
Responsibilities
Develop and oversee execution of project sourcing strategies
Build and use relationships with BU project teams to understand and develop procurement solutions.
Coordinate procurement activities to ensure agreement on our goals
Establish pricing, delivery, terms and conditions to satisfy financial, quality and delivery requirements on projects
Contribute to project planning proposals and approval stage-gates
Preparation and coordination of the RFx process for assigned projects
Partner with business unit to improve sourcing strategies and supplier engagement
Maintain relationships with suppliers and team members while mediating and resolving contract performance issues.
Use the corporate Approved Supplier List Process for sourcing requirements.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Westinghouse's Procurement procedures.
Make a purchase order or contract, then manage supply and supplier commitments.
Support Accounts Payables for resolution of discrepancies between the supplier invoices and the purchase orders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience supply chain management, with at least 3 years in project management
Experience working with and across global teams
We prefer experience in sourcing, supplier management, and knowledge of the supplier base for the nuclear sector.
Expertise in procurement systems (SAP, Ariba) or similar systems preferred
Ability to travel from 10 to 20%
