Coordination and execution of purchasing processes along the value chain in the areas of order entry, order processing and shipping
Recording and processing customer orders and purchase orders in the ERP system, tools and web portals

Tracking delivery dates and handling claim/complaint management
Close collaboration with the sales units
Requirements
Professional experience, ideally in purchasing, order entry or logistics within the IT industry
Confident use of ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Strong understanding of procurement processes and business operations
Technical aptitude and interest in IT topics
