About the role

  • Account Executive responsible for B2B sales cycles at Get Licensed. Engaging with care sector to convert leads and achieve revenue targets from various sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close — managing both inbound leads and self-generated outbound pipeline.
  • Engage care home managers, group operators, and L&D leads to understand their compliance challenges and present ecert as the solution.
  • Hit and exceed monthly revenue targets for new business acquisition.
  • Run compelling product demos (remote and in-person) that convert free trials to paying customers.
  • Use HubSpot to manage your pipeline, log activity, and maintain accurate forecasting.
  • Work closely with marketing on campaign feedback and lead quality.
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Represent ecert at sector events and within Health & Social Care, SaaS, and L&D networks.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of B2B sales experience in a closing Account Executive role — not just SDR or BDR.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota in a full-cycle AE role.
  • Experience selling into one or more of: SaaS, EdTech / e-Learning, L&D, Health & Social Care, or regulated B2B platform-services.
  • Comfortable running both inbound and outbound motions — you don’t wait for leads.
  • Strong communicator who builds rapport quickly with care sector and B2B decision-makers.
  • Experienced with HubSpot or a similar CRM — disciplined pipeline management is non-negotiable.
  • Confident running demos and presentations with minimal support.
  • Self-starter with high energy and genuine hunger for new business.
  • Familiarity with compliance, regulated training, or the care sector is a strong advantage.
