Responsibilities

  • Own the full cycle: from position opening and kick-off meetings to sourcing strategies and final hiring decisions — you'll partner with hiring managers every step of the way
  • Be the first impression: create exceptional candidate experiences and build long-term relationships from the very first interaction
  • Use data smartly: apply data-driven approaches to enhance recruitment efficiency and make informed decisions
  • Drive innovation: participate in projects beyond recruiting — improve recommendation systems, organize hiring intensives, and experiment with new approaches
  • Develop talent: help hiring managers sharpen their candidate interaction skills through feedback, and coaching
  • Represent Headway Inc: actively participate in job fairs, events, and other hiring-related activities

Requirements

  • 1+ years in recruiting: full-cycle recruitment experience (or Talent Researcher ready to transition to full-cycle)
  • Diverse hiring track record: successfully closed both technical and non-technical positions at various levels
  • Data fluency: experience with data-driven approaches and solid understanding of recruitment metrics
  • Sourcing creativity: proficiency in diverse sourcing methods and tools to find and engage candidates
  • Strong communication: clear, proactive, and empathetic in all interactions
  • Growth mindset: embrace challenges as learning opportunities and tackle complexity with curiosity
