About the role

  • Sales Operations Analyst partnering with SMB Sales Leaders for analysis and efficiency in operations. Driving sales productivity and optimizing processes for revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced analysis to uncover root causes and drive efficiency within the SMB sales teams and supporting operations.
  • Ensure the continuous and equitable flow of leads and accounts.
  • Troubleshoot tools and provide insights through local reporting and SFDC dashboard updates.
  • Manage the internal process documentation library.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Leaders and cross-functional partners like Product Management, Business Intelligence, Revenue Operations, Sales Value Team, Marketing, and Learning & Development.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of business analysis experience working with stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment.
  • Experience in a Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or Operations role, preferably within a B2B SaaS or technology company.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn new software and technologies in a constantly evolving tool ecosystem.
  • Excellent data analysis skills with a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, functions).
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • A process-driven mindset with a proven ability to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
