Responsibilities

  • Own and expand sales territory, developing new logos and expanding strategic accounts within the IT managed services market
  • Create and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Identify and pursue key market opportunities
  • Maintain executive-level relationships with strategic clients
  • Lead full-cycle sales efforts from prospecting through close, managing consultative sales cycles
  • Build and maintain strategic client relationships
  • Lead solution development for enterprise opportunities
  • Achieve personal sales quota while supporting team goals
  • Navigate and influence C-level decision-making processes
  • Develop and maintain sales forecasts and pipeline analytics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leadership teams
  • Contribute to product and service strategy development
  • Identify and implement process improvements

Requirements

  • 2+ years of direct selling
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
  • History of managing large, complex sales cycles
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong executive presence and presentation skills
