Responsibilities
Identificeren en ontwikkelen van nieuwe kansen, projecten en afzetmarkten
Stakeholdermanagement: beïnvloeden van besluitvorming bij eindgebruikers en voorschrijvende partijen
Trends spotten en vertalen naar commerciële proposities
Opstellen en uitvoeren van heldere salesplannen
Presenteren en demonstreren van concepten en oplossingen (on-site én online)
Regisseren van kansen richting interne salesteams en distributiepartners
Fungeren als schakel tussen Product Management, Marketing en Sales.
Requirements
Woonachtig in Midden- of Noord-Nederland (boven de lijn Den Haag – Arnhem)
Hbo/bachelor werk- en denkniveau, aangevuld met relevante opleidingen in Business Development en Sales
Affiniteit met techniek en kennis van digitale toegangsoplossingen (hardware/software) en interesse in mechanische oplossingen
Ervaring met aanbestedingen en/of bouwregelgeving
Bewezen succesvol in de bouwsector, jij maakt van marktinzichten een concreet plan
Sterk in commerciële onderhandelingen, communicatief zeer vaardig
Analytisch, oplossings- en resultaatgericht met focus op KPI’s
Nederlands vloeiend, Engels op businessniveau
