Responsibilities
Provide analytical support to the sales and brokerage team for specific projects and property tours.

Maintain a deep understanding of Hokanson’s full-service capabilities: development, property management, construction, and leasing.
Manage the investment and prospect database (CRM)—entering leads, tracking progress, and reporting on sales activity.
Execute strategic marketing plans and e-marketing programs to showcase company expertise.
Monitor and report on market trends and customer feedback to keep the team ahead of the competition.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Existing Real Estate License is preferred/required.
1–2+ years of professional experience in business development, sales, or real estate.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
