Responsibilities
Manage and monitor the order portfolio (order entry, prioritization, invoicing, adjustments, and follow-up).
Support the RCs team and distributors with information on inventory, lead times, and invoicing.
Ensure the accuracy of commercial data in systems (TOTVS/Protheus, CRM, control spreadsheets).
Monitor KPIs such as Budget vs. Actual, Forecast vs. Invoiced, and Orders to Be Invoiced.
Coordinate with Supply Chain, Finance and Credit on shipment planning and release approvals.
Propose process improvements and standardize Sales Administration routines.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Production Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
Previous experience in Sales Administration, Customer Service, or Commercial Back-office.
Advanced Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, conditional formulas, and dashboards).
Ability to analyze data and propose practical solutions that optimize processes and results.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, working with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
Analytical, organized and proactive profile, with agility in problem-solving and a focus on creating value and strengthening customer relationships.
Experience with TOTVS/Protheus (orders and invoicing modules) is a plus.
Experience in the agro-industrial sector is desirable.
