About the role

  • Manage and monitor the order portfolio (order entry, prioritization, invoicing, adjustments, and follow-up).
  • Support the RCs team and distributors with information on inventory, lead times, and invoicing.
  • Ensure the accuracy of commercial data in systems (TOTVS/Protheus, CRM, control spreadsheets).
  • Monitor KPIs such as Budget vs. Actual, Forecast vs. Invoiced, and Orders to Be Invoiced.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain, Finance and Credit on shipment planning and release approvals.
  • Propose process improvements and standardize Sales Administration routines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Production Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in Sales Administration, Customer Service, or Commercial Back-office.
  • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, conditional formulas, and dashboards).
  • Ability to analyze data and propose practical solutions that optimize processes and results.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, working with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
  • Analytical, organized and proactive profile, with agility in problem-solving and a focus on creating value and strengthening customer relationships.
  • Experience with TOTVS/Protheus (orders and invoicing modules) is a plus.
  • Experience in the agro-industrial sector is desirable.
