About the role

  • Provide support in HR activities at GE Aerospace in Istanbul. Assist with recruiting and employee engagement projects in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities

  • Update and administer employee and recruitment databases
  • Assist with recruiting, on-boarding process and various employee events
  • Drive improved employee engagement and brand awareness
  • System updates & documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor 3/4 , Master/ PhD. student with related field
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must
  • Min 3-4 days availability per week
  • A genuine interest in Human Resources Management
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic environment
  • Energy and commitment to drive the excellence positively
  • Innovative thinker
