Sales Manager for OnShore Wind business at GE Vernova, driving Sales and Business Development activities in India as part of the renewable energy sector.
Responsibilities
Work to develop a pipeline of deals with identified and targeted customers in India
Manage customer relationship, end to end, Sales to Delivery to Servicing.
Develop new customer accounts, by showcasing GE Vernova' s capability and technology
Provide input to region product line and marketing teams on developments and customer asks in the market place to sharpen GE solutions
Develop partnerships with developers and EPC providers in collaboration with development team
Be able to understand and discuss with Customers as well as the Financing community the intricacies of project finance and ensure seamless support to customers towards achieving project financial closure within targeted timeline(s)
Ensure SFDC as a Sales tool is updated and maintained for all customer interactions
Be able to have discussion with potential customers on AEP(Annual Energy production), IRR(Internal rate of return) and LCOE (Levelized cost of energy).
Keep abreast of industry developments, and work with Government affairs and marketing to develop a GE Vernova's point of view on issues impacting customers
Requirements
Minimum 8-12yrs of experience in Marketing experience, Engineering and projects finance, commercial, sales experience in wind industry.
Degree in Engineering or MBA.
Strong communicator… concise & clear communication in individual and larger settings
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills… ability to influence different stakeholders.

Good understanding of electricity generation market with focus on Renewable energy participants
