Responsibilities
Work with the CMO on the design, implementation, and continuous optimization of health and wellbeing programs
Coordinate the wellbeing activities of all company stakeholders
Work collaboratively across EHS and People functions, communicating effectively on health and wellbeing subjects
Develop integrated program frameworks that address the interconnected nature of physical, mental, and emotional well-being
Oversee cost-benefit analyzes for health and wellbeing initiatives, ensuring program investments deliver measurable value to both employees and the organization
Develop and execute population health strategies that identify high-risk employee groups and implement targeted interventions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in medicine, Nursing, Psychology, or Health System or Medical Services Administration, Public Health Administration, Occupational Health, Health and Wellbeing Promotion, or a related Health or Human Resources field from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in health and wellbeing program management, with at least 5 years in a senior role responsible for program development and implementation.
