Responsibilities
Reporting to the Online Department Manager, you’ll have full accountability for the online department.
You’ll take pride in contributing to a customer experience that’s welcoming and inspiring for our customers, team members and community.
The orders are then picked up as part of our click and collect / concierge service or delivered to our customers in our Coles delivery vans.
Requirements
Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop your team
Take a team approach to meeting sales targets, cost control and rostering needs
To be flexible with your afternoon and evening working hours
To keep things simple and inspire customers by making sure Coles’ visual merchandising, safety, compliance and stock management standards are met
